As all artwork is specific to the clients brief and agreed upon in the consultation process there are no refunds/exchanges available on all hand painted products.
Because of this we advise to know your exact size in the product you wish to be custom painted.
Products can be provided by the client, but it would have to be new and unworn due to health and hygiene reasons.
We cannot take responsibility for any items that are damaged, or lost in postage (we strongly recommend sending with tracking and insured delivery). Time varies on each product due to the nature of the painting process. So, time scales are accurate but not exact. Please allow for any extra time that may be needed.
